SuperConcepts eyes broader reach with new service launch
SMSF administration giant SuperConcepts has launched a technical and education service as part of its broader organic growth strategy for this financial year.
SuperConcepts recently launched TechAssist, a technical support service spearheaded by its general manager for technical services and education, Peter Burgess.
It’s the first time SuperConcepts has opened its doors to enquiries to non-clients.
“We’ve seen demand for access to our technical team skyrocket... it was time to open up their services to the broader market,” said SuperConcepts chief executive officer, Natasha Fenech.
The new service forms part of SuperConcepts’ organic growth strategy, following several acquisitions in the SMSF administration market since Ms Fenech was brought on board in late 2013.
In the last 12 months, SuperConcepts acquired OneVue’s SMSF administration business, two months after picking up More Super.
