SMSF software provider adds property valuation tools
A major SMSF services provider has added CoreLogic PropertyHub to its software, enabling users to access property valuations and reports.
SuperConcepts has added the CoreLogic PropertyHub to its Connected Services portal which will enable SMSF trustees and SMSF administration clients to set up a property hub account and access property valuations and reports.
SuperConcepts chief technology officer Kurt Groeneveld said that the integration will help trustees who need to access valuations for properties in their fund.
“If an SMSF is looking to invest in property, it means they no longer have to go to real estate agents or google manually; they can get valuations directly from the Connected Services portal,” Mr Groeneveld said.
The CoreLogic integration enables SuperConcepts administration clients and SuperMate users to create a CoreLogic account inside the Connected Services portal in one click.
“You can order property valuations and other property-related products and also receive status notifications all within a single view hub for trustees to manage their SMSF,” Mr Groeneveld said.
