SuperConcepts announces shakeup to leadership team
After consolidating several brands onto one platform, SuperConcepts has announced some changes to its leadership team, including the removal of the general manager of corporate services role.
SuperConcepts has decided to remove the role of general manager of corporate services after completing the process of consolidating a number of systems inherited from different brands onto the one platform.
Currently this position is held by Naomi Holmes, who was also previously the general manager of sales at SuperConcepts.
“SuperConcepts has completed consolidating several brands onto a single platform enabling us to review and simplify our head office functions, and as a result, the general manager, corporate services role is no longer required,” said a SuperConcepts spokesperson.
“We are currently working with Naomi Holmes who held this role to look for alternative roles within the broader group.”
Stephen Doulgeridis, the general manager of SMSF sales and business development, will also leave his position after deciding to pursue a new role.
“[Stephen] finishes at the end of March with our deepest thanks and best wishes, and we now will begin the process of appointing a new national sales manager,” said SuperConcepts.

- More of the same from superconcepts. Great talent leaves, mediocrity remains.0
- Not sure that Superconcepts is disclosing the whole truth here.0
- The truth is out there0
- To find the truth you must believe0
- They cant handle the truth0
- So SuperConcepts has finally announced leadership changes (read redundancy).
But no thanks for service and announcement made by "a spokesperson." A poor effort from the new regime.0 - How can SuperConcepts afford to lose someone of Naomi's talent. It seems she has done a such a good job in Corporate Services that she has eliminated her own role
If that was the case why wasn't she promoted to the CEO role.0- Pretty ordinary that there are no women in senior management positions.
If not CEO then why not give Naomi her the role of GM Sales. Clearly Naomi is doing a good job as they found a role for her before0
