SMSF software firm launches new support platform

BGL Corporate Solutions has released a new client support platform through its integration with Zendesk, enabling users to track the progress of their support queries, search for past tickets and re-open or close tickets.

BGL has now completed its integration with Zendesk and released a new client support platform for both CAS 360 and Simple Fund 360.

BGL managing director Ron Lesh said that the new platform will provide users with more control over their support tickets and greater transparency on the support process.

The Zendesk platform has been integrated into BGL’s applications and Sugar CRM system.

“With Zendesk, users will be able to track the progress of their support queries, search for past tickets, re-open or close tickets as well as check any question or query,” he said.

“This entire new customer support experience will definitely make communications between our support team and our clients a breeze.”
