Accurium announced as accredited educator by SMSF Association
Actuarial service provider Accurium has been formally recognised as an accredited educator by the SMSF Association, with the industry body saying it has been a “byword of professionalism” for many years.
Accurium general manager Doug McBirnie said he was delighted to be recognised as an accredited SMSF educator.
“We share the association’s mission to build on professionalism in the industry through education and have worked with it to this end for a number of years,” Mr McBirnie said.
“Being an SMSF Association accredited educator allows us to broaden our education offering to SMSF practitioners.”
Mr McBirnie noted that clients accessed over 140,000 resources on the Accurium TechHub and over 18,000 hours of CPD through technical webinars last year.
“These figures make us one of the largest education providers in the industry,” he said.
SMSF Association chief executive John Maroney said Accurium has been a “byword of professionalism” for many years.
“This announcement [is] simply recognising its commitment to improving the standard of industry practitioners,” Mr Maroney said.
