Accurium expands education offering into new technical areas
SMSF services provider Accurium is expanding its education offering beyond SMSF technical content into personal and small business taxation and broader tax planning strategies.
In a recent online blog, Accurium managing director Doug McBirnie said as part of Accurium’s mission to support its accounting clients, the firm is expanding its education offering this year.
Accurium launched its online education platform and introduced web classes and live virtual events last year, which it said has provided an immersive and interactive approach to professional development.
Following feedback from clients, Mr McBirnie said Accurium this year is extending its educational content beyond just SMSF technical topics.
“We are excited to broaden our content, bringing clients learning opportunities in tax, professional ethics, and practice management to name a few areas,” he said.
“We recognise that many of our client’s businesses offer services outside of SMSFs, and that they need CPD across a broad range of topics.”
Mr McBirnie said there has been strong demand for professional development opportunities in personal and small business taxation and broader tax planning strategies.
“Accurium’s technical team are working with experts in each area to deliver quality CPD accredited education live and on-demand in CPD+,” he stated.
