“Tim is well-known and highly respected for his views within the SMSF industry, and he adds great strength to our technical and education offering, which is a core focus of our business,” said Mr Dunn.

Mr Miller has held several key education and technical roles throughout his career with the new position at Smarter SMSF providing a great opportunity to further focus on this path.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Miller said he was excited to be joining the Smarter SMSF team.

“I believe Aaron has created a best of breed platform, delivering education and documents for SMSF professionals. We hold similar values and a great passion for the industry, so I see some fantastic opportunities ahead,” he said.

Mr Dunn said the appointment comes at an exciting growth stage for the business.

“We have a range of innovative projects lined up throughout 2023, so bringing Tim into the business at this time, gives us the resources we need to successfully execute on our ambitious strategy,” he said.

In his new role, Mr Miller will be joining Mr Dunn for the upcoming SMSF day events - Smarter SMSF’s showcase one-day technical events around Australia, to be held between 16 March to 5 April 2023.
